The Partnership’s Executive Council

Representing some of the most recognizable companies and organizations nationally, the Executive Council is comprised of Human Resources, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion leaders responsible for the design and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies within their respective organizations. The Executive Council is a forum for practitioners to share best practices and lessons learned, evaluate products and vendors, and stay abreast of thought-leadership within the field.

FORMAT

Members of the Executive Council meet remotely for hands-on, peer-exchanged, and facilitated problem-solving sessions, held on alternating Fridays from 2-3 PM eastern time. Case studies and discussion topics are determined by the priorities of Executive Council members, and have focused on themes such as:

  • Supplier & Vendor Diversity
  • Developing A Strategic Narrative
  • Diverse Talent Acquisition
  • Inclusive Management Toolkits
  • Community and Association Partnerships
  • DEI in a global context

Our Executive Council connects members with one another, as well as providing ongoing access to vital and constantly evolving offerings including:

  • Full membership email listserv, Slack channel, and directory
  • Practitioner Library (recommendations for vendors/speakers/coaching/resources)
  • Two annual in-person receptions
  • Supported collection of benchmarking data around compensation, dept structure, etc.
  • Mechanisms for highlighting open positions and top talent
  • Guidance around organizational responses to national/world events
  • Priority slots for Partnership programs and events

MEMBERSHIP

The Partnership administers the Executive Council and facilitates the meetings. Membership is annual and follows the calendar year
