ACCELERATING LEADERSHIP PATHWAYS FOR MID-CAREER LEADERS AND MANAGERS OF COLOR.

The Fellows Program offers a groundbreaking curriculum tailored to address the experience of ambitious professionals of color as they move into management roles, and to equip them with the tools needed to lead effectively while still being managed.

Registration for the Class of 2025 is open now through January 31, 2025.

Who Should Consider This Program?

The Fellows curriculum is most suitable for professionals and managers of color with 7-10 years of experience. The program is recognized for its ability to consistently pave pathways from management to leadership-level roles for high potential professionals. Admission is limited to the nation’s most promising professionals of color from all industries, as selected by their supervisors.

THE FELLOWS EXPERIENCE.

MANAGEMENT FOCUS

Each class meets virtually in monthly sessions from February-November (except August) that incorporate core leadership topics with a strong emphasis on real world application. Participants leave the program armed with strategies to excel as they oversee and grow their own team, while remaining influential and accountable to the leadership tier.

COHORT LEARNING

Between sessions, Fellows are grouped in cohorts for enhanced engagement, peer feedback, and application of their learning. We use remote tools such as Slack for cohorts to connect and cultivate personal and collegial relationships that long outlast programming.

Manager Engagement

Our programs feature the unique element of reaching beyond the class of Fellows to engage their managers directly. Leading program faculty have developed sessions designed specifically to support the success of managers of participants. During these sessions, managers consider how to connect Fellows with core business strategies and how to effectively lead and expand diverse teams.
