The Next Generation Executive Program (NGE) is a state-of-the-art, highly interactive remote leadership development program proven to equip executives of color with the toolkit and network needed to reach the top tier of their industries.

Who Should Consider This Program?

NGE is designed for leaders of color who have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and have been recognized for their executive potential. The curriculum is best suited to executives making or preparing to make a transition from operational oversight to strategic leadership. Admission to NGE is limited to the nation’s most promising leaders across all industries and is open to a national network of participants.

THE NGE EXPERIENCE.

This program is designed to serve as a transformational experience and launching pad for the next generation of executives. Industry leaders and distinguished faculty dive into subject areas including leading strategic innovation, operating in a global market, and leveraging difference and cultural competency as a leader of color.

Immersion Week: Tuesday, October 15 – Friday, October 18, 2024 (Virtual)

Personalized assessments including EQI and personal brand
Meetings with executive coach and cohort
Daily faculty-led sessions on leading with diversity in a global context, emotional intelligence, personal brand, and innovation frameworks
Race, Work & Leadership seminar

Coaching Incubator: October 2024 – April 2025 (Virtual)
1-2 Hours monthly as scheduled by participants

Concentrated analysis and problem solving of real-world challenges with an assigned executive coach and cohort of cross-industry peers
Four executive coach led sessions in cohort group
Three individual executive coaching sessions
Real Talk coaching event connecting executives to early and mid-career professionals of color

Resiliency Capstone Retreat – April 27-29, 2025 (In Person, Virtual Option)

2.5 days of live sessions hosted in person in Atlanta, GA with a virtual option
Executive Resiliency session
Session with Dr. David Thomas, President of Morehouse College and Former Partnership Chair
Matching NGE participants with high-visibility Board leadership opportunities
